Its very complicated. I am going to stick to not trying not preventing! I have had my IUD out for 11 days. No period yet and still breastfeeding my almost 11 month old.
yep it sure is. I havent started charting yet. im going to purchase a bbt thermometer. I have been thinking about using fertility friends to help with my charting. this whole process can be confusing and frustrating. im still hanging in there though.
